Here are a couple more angels and a tree I've created with my felt collage. I really enjoy using this method as felt comes in such bright saturated colours. As December is creeping up fast, I'll list them soon in my Etsy shop (thanks for the kind comments in the previous posting!).

As I'm tapping my fingers, waiting for a few supplies to arrive, I thought I'd take the opportunity to create my angel design into a hanging felt decoration. It measures 13cm long and each felt piece has been strongly bonded then mounted on extra thick felt for stiffness. If anyone thinks I should sell these in my Etsy shop or would like to buy one, please leave a comment...I'd love to know your thoughts!

Trine over at Groovybaby and Mama has kindly selected some of my hanging Christmas decorations for a special giveaway over on her blog! She makes the most stunning colourful clothes for herself and children, they're all beautifully made with lovely fabrics. Trine will be using some of my "London" fabric for pockets on a pair of trousers...can't wait to see how they turn out!

I was really thrilled when asked by Kimberly Kight of True Up to contribute to her new book "A Field Guide to Fabric Design". Its packed with information, techniques and tips on designing fabric in every field. Its so well put together and really easy to follow, it even includes snippets from the featured designers in each chapter. I'm really flattered to be a part of a book which includes true professionals in fabric design such as Amy Butler, Denyse Schmidt, Heather Moore, etc.
You can order it here from amazon.co.uk and amazon.com.

I received my recent designs on fabric and I'm really pleased with the result! I will be using all these to make cushion covers for my Etsy Shop plus they're now available to purchase from my Spoonflower shop.
p.s. I'd love to see what people have made with my fabrics. If you'd like to send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org, I'll create a post of your creations here on my blog!
